I wanna break up with this girl I've gotten together with because I'm really not that interested anymore...how do I break it off without being a jerk?

Talk to her in private, actually talk, DO NOT text her or call her, and tell her that things aren't working out and it'd be best to break it off. Just be sincere and apologetic and don't get into a fight or anything. If she still likes you, it's going to hurt her, inevitably, but do everything you can to make it easier.
Just something like, "I'm really sorry, you're a great person and all, but things have changed and I just don't feel the way I used to and I don't think it's fair to anyone to keep this relationship going under the conditions."

Be blunt in your opinion by breaking up with her quickly.
Explain the reasons and cut all connections.

Like everyone else has said, just be honest and not harsh. Don't rub it in her face either. Say it to her, don't break up over text or skype cause thats just wussy and she deserves at least that. Do it in private as well as to not embarass her and let her come out with some pride in tact. Oh and cut the BS, just get to the point because games arn't necassary.
Im sorry, to me that sounded a bit harsh but it was just the truth and not intended to offend if it did.
