MY KNEEES HURT SO BAD AFTER VOLLEYBALL... it litterally feels like the joints are frozrn and i can barley walk down the stairs. HELP!:eek:

You probably have weak knees. You should massage the area around the knees after you finish playing. That might help.

Whenever I get a cramp or I'm simply sore from the gym, I massage that area. It helps for me at times. I hope it works in your case though. Sorry for the little help.

you could wear the kinda sock that goes over the knees this will get it firm and warm

It could be an issue with how you warm up/cool down. I would recommend that you jog until you get a light sweat going before you start playing and then get a good stretch in, especially the quadricep stretch (where you reach behind your back and pull your ankle up towards your butt, and the hamstring stretch (where you reach straight down to touch your toes). You should do this after you finish playing too. If its an issue with the way you're diving, you should ask your coach about your technique or just buy knee pads. If you buy knee pads you may get made fun of though =p.
