I use to cut, but I stopped April of last year. I've gotten better, and for the most part my scars have healed over to the point where you can only really see them if you look carefully. Since about June of last year though, my right arm gets this weird tingly kind of burning feeling under my skin. In August, I realized that the area where I always feel the pain was the most common place I would slice my arm..
Just wondering, does this happen to anyone else? And is there anyway I could get this to stop?

Slice sounds painful. Using the word cut is better haha.

Hi Dani
I think the pain could be ANYTHING at all, really. It's probably nothing to worry about but if you are worried about it then I'd advise you to ask your doctor. It's better to be safe! :)
Did you always use clean blades and did you look after the cuts well?

Honestly, the burning could be a purely mental thing, similar to the phantom itch experienced by amputees. You used to feel a lot of pain in that spot, so now your brain is constructing, if you will, more pain.
Assuming you haven't physically hurt it recently, that's my best guess.
