I'm going to try to write something about nutrition for teens :D
The food that will probably help the most is milk. When you see those posters up in your school cafeteria that say '15% of your height is added as a teen and milk helps', they aren't lying.
See, your height is more dependent upon your bone structure, right? Well, those bones have to grow, and the mineral that helps bones grow the most is calcium. Calcium is found in milk and dairy products (cheese, yogurt, and 2% milk are all good choices for the slimmer and young). Milk is also a good choice because it contains fat (which your body needs some) and protein.
Other alternatives can be found in Minute Maid (Calcium +D). This is for people who don't like milk as much or have lactose problems (like me :D)
+ Those lactose intolerance pills look better now, don't they? :P
Other than calcium, you body needs a full day's worth of everything. Magnesium, Vitamin A, B6, B12, C, D, E...and all of these help your body live every day. This kinda encourages you to not eat crap.
My mom found an online daily needs calculator. I'm not sure if it's right for teens (because we're still growing and eat a lot), but even without that factor, here's a way to see what your daily minimums should be (click) (http://www.nutritiondata.com/tools/calories-burned). Search the site for other interesting things, such as what you get out of a Grilled Stuffed Burrito at Taco Bell, or out of a regular drumstick etc...great site. Stay healthy.
Got milk?

yea but if you would drink milk always go for the organic because belive it or not, milk isnt that healthy for you because of what they pump into the cows. but i dont disagree that milk isnt healthy because it is but it is even more healthy if it is organic because they dont pump anything into the cow that shouldnt be there naturaly.

Shamrock Farms, the leading milk company, says they don't treat their cows with rBST (a growth hormone). I think the FDA makes them put that sticker on their milk, but you might want to go with them anyway because it's easier and might be less expensive...

Shamrock Farms is a U.S. company so that might be why you don't know about them.
People don't post so fast! I need time to edit my freakin posts! :P
Edit: shit, Shamrock farms is an Arizona company and ships to the Southwest.
You should still remember that milks with those stickers are possibly good. I gave a lot of info, and if you really want to know more about what milks are healthy and what aren't, I think you guys should do your own research : /

Milk. Daily vitamins. I'd imagine meat would help, but I've never read this anywhere. Remember, a lot of your potential height is genetic.

True, thx for pointing that out :D if you eat healthy and exercise, your body will grow as far as your genes will allow it - which can be a couple more inches, so it's worth the shot.
