Some people dont even start puberty until they are 14, so it's not a big deal if you're noticing few changes. It will definitely come eventually. If you haven't started growing down there yet, you probably will soon.

Youre only 13. Everyone grows at different rates so its not exact when you will grow. Puberty usually starts around 12-13 and continues into your early 20s. Give yourself some time and you will notice growth.

You can't really tell when it would grow, but you're about in that age when it will start growing, and might not even finish growing until you're 21. Puberty ages vary with people.
