Teen Sexuality, and Gender?

Just because i'm dumb and irked by this kind of thing, if this section is also addressing gender identity as indicated by some of the threads with stickies, can the name be changed to the Teen Sexuality and Gender Identity? Or something along those lines? or is there another section somewhere on here that I am missing that addresses gender identity more than this one? Just wondering.

This has actually been discussed here (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=121474) and probably more than once in the past. Check there for some of the past replies and if you have more to add, post here but it's been debated before and didn't happen.

Actually I have seen it debated many times over the years but the answer is always generally that among other things: It has been debated in the past and it didn't happen. Looking at that thread it seems like more people were in favor of it rather than opposed to it. I can list off the reasons as to how sexuality and gender are related but very different and how keeping it under the umbrella of sexuality is confusing to newcomers to these ideas, but the question I keep asking myself is, why not change it other than it has never been changed before?
