Chances are theyre lying. Not many people are that gifted no matter how old they are.

They are most likely lying to either make themselves feel better or to try and impress you. You're fine, you are still very early on in development.

thirteen year old guys with 8 inch dicks? that's really funny. the normal male has a 5-6 inch penis, at full grown. they are most likely lying. and most people who exaggerate are actually just self conscience.

yeah 4 inches at 13 is perfectly fine... actually anything over 4 inches is pretty much just for show anyways because a girl only really has "feeling" about 4 inches in anyways, and you still have plenty of time to grow.

Don't worry about the size of your penis, you will grow in a small amount of time! I was like you at your age now I'm 6" erect that's pretty small compared to my mates!. So just take it with the flow...

penis size is the one thing you shouldn't freak out about puberty because it's the least controllable. you can get face wash for acne, shave unwanted hair, but you can't make your penis grow. so you might as well not worry about it
