a lot of ppl who were 13-16 said they had penises 2-3 incehs...seems a bit small i was wondering idk well all my friends say there penises are 10cm and mines 16cm...they dont believe me so im wondering is my penis to big for my age? also to consider i have shorter pubes then them...they say 7cm for them and i have 4=/ im jw whats average for this age?

There is no average anything for any age ground under 18.
We can't tell you because there is no proof that anyone on this site is telling the truth about their size.
13-16 y/os can have 2 inch (erect) penises or 6+ inches...it varies so much there's no way to effectively tell an average.

There is an average...there's an average for any number set. But we don't know what that is, because all we have are Internet surveys. Adults lie on Internet surveys (Internet surveys usually come up with >6" for an average; real studies come up with usually 5.5" or even less). I can imagine that teenagers lie even more, and the less-developed are less likely to participate.

Obviously, there's been no study (where a nurse measures your erection) for under-18 people because that would attract the wrong kind of publicity.

The short answer is, we have no idea what the average is.
