I have my time set to GMT +10 which is the east side of Australia, and it changed to an hour later than it actually is here. Day light savings doesn't finish until the first Sunday of April here.. Whats up with that?

That's strange...my time says it's 12am when it really should say 2am (GMT -6).

Hmm that might be something on your end. Your ISP might not have updated, the time has always been a bit wonky. Clear your cache and hopefully by now it shall have updated.
