I'm really here because I'm really depressed and I can't stop cutting myself when I feel really upset and things. >.<

my girlfriend used to cut herself and i helped her to stop totally, now she wouldnt even consider it, you have to think about the reason you feel like cutting yourself, as well as having somethin to do when angry or depressed so that you dont result in cutting yourself (for example, having something soft to punch - either a punch bag or a bed)

Yeah, stuff in my life mainly ... school, ex-boyfriend spreading nasty and un-true rumours about me. >.< Things like that, really. And my biological dad yells at me for everything when I talk to him, which makes me feel really bad about myself ...
Usually when it gets too much I hide under my desk and cut my arms, mainly. >.< It sucks because I have to wear long sleeves all the time so my parents and (some) friends won't know.

Just find something to do instead each time you want to self harm. For me, i put on some loud heavy music and just day dream. Just psych out of the world. Find something you can do that prevent you from self harming.

I agree with free runner 4 life, you should find something to do when ya want to do that like maybe just scream it all away in a pillow or go take a shower it really helps when your stressed and mad and upset or just do what free runner 4 life said day dream

Something I have found works for me is taking my mp3 player and going for a ride on the bus or the train or walking to the park and sitting on a bench untill the urges pass. Take your music with you so you can focus on that and gradually the urges lessen and fade till you can cope with them.
Alternatively you can play the 5minute game. Say to yourself "I won't do it for 5 minutes" and find something else to do. Then you say it again to yourself. Do this untill you have distracted yourself sufficently to weaken the urges.
