Okay, so I've been thinking about doing this for a long time... I feel like there should be an open discussion thread. Let's get away from all the surveys, questionnaires, and all this other stuff... And let's break the gender barriers (between guys and girls)
This is meant to be an open discussion with no official topic. Rather, I'm going to start with a topic and just like a conversation, that topic WILL change as the thread goes on.
My hopes for this thread are that it will become an open exchange of information and a learning experience. However, let's lay down a few rules...

** Constructive DISCUSSION only... Questions are okay, surveys are not.
Note to the moderators: this one is a request... Please please police this thread a a little more and clean up posts that break rules, but please also be lenient in allowing for the discussion to continue. I will do my best to be diligent and report things if I see them.
