Is it safe to give somebody a blowjob with braces? My orthodontist screwed up my jaw and I've got to get them on again. All I remember were big wires sticking out and jabbing into my cheeks. It make me shiver to think of one of those jabbing some poor guy's penis.

Also, with the bleeding etc I assume that infections and stis are easier to transmit. Correct?

I wouldn't do that. Very high chances of it snagging on the skin and having to go to the hospital to get it removed!

You increase the chances of you getting a STD because the wires do cut/scrape your cheek. Also if it ever snagged on a person's penis while giving head (which I really do hope you don't use your teeth when giving one haha) it would be incredibly painful. I'd hope you'll hold off from doing any kind of oral for awhile.

The reason why there was so much excess wire was because I had 4 teeth removed and the gaps closed quickly, pushing the extra wire out the end. All of the gaps are closed so I doubt there will be any excess wire.

I've looked it up and apparently it's quite common and it doesn't seem to pose a problem for anybody. It's really not something I want to ask my orthodontist about but if push comes to shove, I guess I'd have no other choice. How would I phrase that?:D "Doctor, how can I be sure a cock won't get caught in my wires?"

I can't really imagine the kind of braces you have (WITH WIRES??) but if you're afraid of infection you can use condoms. make guys put on condoms I mean.
