So i want to know how to have a picure below the picure with the smirly face on it. I have a profile picure but i dont know where on the contral panel to do this lol...help plz

It's called an avatar. The "picture with a smiley face" is an icon representing your post count. You can edit your avatar under you User CP, but since Thomas has decided to spend some minutes getting a link for you then you needn't to bother.

go to "Private Messages" look on the side "Settings & Options" the click "Edit Avatar" and that it :)
