When i started puberty (13ish) i got chunky and got moobs. I go to the gym almost every night. What kind of exercises can i do to try and lean everything out?
btw im 17, almost 18

To some degree your body is going to be how it's going to be and you may have some kind of moobs forever as your body develops naturally, but upper body weight lifting and exercises will lessen them over time. Push-ups are your friend.

Boxing and pushups. Moons are normal, and there is science to it, but I don't exactly know it. Has something to do with hormones. Hope I helped.

I have them also they start to flatten out
