How to compliment a girl.

So I need to know how to compliment a girl smoothly but subtly. What I'm really asking is how I spice up compliments to turn her on. I already know that when complimenting hair instead of "hey, I like your hair" to say "your hair looks even more gorgeous when it catches the light"

I don't know how effective "your hair looks even more gorgeous when it catches the light" would be, to be completely honest it's kind of corny. Girls don't like corny, just keep it simple and don't over do it because they will be able to tell when you're either trying too hard or you're just flat out over doing it. I think rather than being drowned in compliments, especially corny ones, a girl would rather have a nice conversation where you can really show her that you're sweet. Girls tend to like sweet :P

I believe it actually depends on the girl you're complimenting. Some girls want flowery words and fancy compliments while some prefer simple yet sweet. Just don't overdo it, I guess. And as much as possible, say it as truthful and honest as possible. :D

Don't try compliments where you sound like a creep. Something you should do which I think works really good is to notice something that she doesn't usually have on like new earrings. That shows you care and it makes her feel good that people notice.
