I have been to the other side. If only for a few seconds. And I don't regret it. Because I learned that while the other side is very different from this life, it can never be as beautiful or as important as this life can be. This life can also be super shitty and unfortunate. But it's always darkest just before the dawn. I won't tell you that life has a special higher meaning. I don't know if it does. But I can tell you that while you may want to be selfish, this will make you permanently selfish. This is a choice you can never take back. And there are people in this life that would really miss you.

If you truly wanted to die then you wouldn't be posting on here. the fact that you wrote this shows that there's a part of you, however small it may be, that wants someone to stop you. Please listen to that part, please.
