Omg it's weird that i should see this today.

Usually about 1/2 hardly even feel them

Today about 7/8/9 i started crying from the pain, it was horrible and no one even seemed to care. Was like that for an hour before i got fed up and went back to my class and still i had 3/4 cramps all the way though -_-
They gave me nothing, tried scrunching up into a ball, walking, breathing, water. Wasn't allowed painkillers (stupid school) and another girl had the hot water bottle.

I've had them range from 3 to 9..just depends and I usually use pain medicine, hot pads and hot baths to help

usually 1-2, although on occasion they do get really bad, more like 8.
the things I do are things I wouldn't condone, so I'm just going to say chew on some gum, preferably 2 sticks at a time so you can bite down on it harder.

Well, mine`s about a 7. My worst one woke me up at 4am. I layed in bed for a bit, but it got so painful that I went to wake my mum up. It kept going for the next 4 hours, so I got a day off school :)

I get the worst. 10. Ibuprofen, sunlight, a hot water bottle and some manga. Usually helps.
