Has anyone done the workouts in Nike Training Club? The app for iPhone/iPod/iPad is originally meant for women (when I got it I didn't know I thought it is for men and women, but if you register there's a section of gender and it says both male and female so I'm guessing you can be either one). I do the workouts and the next day I feel sore, but I was wondering since its aimed toward women does that mean I won't get as much out of it? Any tips for working out?
