First of all, I know some girls are going to say be happy with what you have or some guys like muscular arms. Well, even so, I REALLY want to have small arms. I have REALLY large muscular arms and no I do not have fat. What should I do? T.T Proms in 2 months so I need to get ready. D: help plz? ._. T.T

I have muscular arms too from lifting stuff... if you don't want to be muscular don't exercise them and the muscles will atrophy or shrink from disuse. Its not the best idea though.

I haven't excercised for two years and I still have muscular arms....

I have fairly muscular arms from sports and such, and none of the guys or girls I've dated have ever complained. I wouldn't worry too much!
