How old is too old?

I haven't 'experimented' with someone yet, so i was wondering how old is too old to experiment?

I thought this was a question about how old was to old for the guy you are going to experiment with... haha and I don't know, I think everyone will have there own opinions, I personally feel that once you start getting to 16/17 its not so much experimenting but you may actually be gay (or bi) but I also realise some people start puberty later. I think it depends. I would say after college is when guys stop experimenting. So I would say mid 20s. But if you have a person and you both don't care how old you are then thats okay I think.

I agree with you. I think that up to 16-17 is just for fun, then you become more mature and search for a relationship..

Hmmm. I don't know that there would be an age that you stop experimenting. If its a new thing then I don't guess it matters how old you are.

I don't really think you can be too old to do that stuff, although when you're 20+ it might not be experimenting, unless you have never tried anything with the same sex before though.

But if two of you aren't serious about it and just doing it to lark around and have fun I don't see the problem..

I agree with boredguy, As long as you guys aren't developing feelings fir each other and you guys are just doing it because your friends and having fun, then there's no real problem. Its friends with benefits in a way. But I think it should stop or tone down when you get in a serious relationship with a girl or get married to a girl.

About toward the end of puberty. I would say youre good in your teen years, but I wouldnt go any older than 19. After that it it may be bisexuality.

It's entirely personal opinion. There's people that are middle aged (and older, probably) that still want to experiment with people. Just look at the personal sections on CraigsList and you'll see what I mean.

I agree with most of the above posts. I don't think there is any real age where it's too old to experiment. It becomes a matter of personal opinion.
If you are asking how old is too old for u to experiment with, then I would say no older than 16 since ur 14.

I actually couldn't disagree more. Sexuality is a very confusing grey area where you are totally on your own to figure out for yourself. Let's say you're 19 or 20 and you've had uncertain emotions throughout your life; you begin experiment with same sex and it doesn't turn into anything, you find out that you are not interested in that sex/gender. That's perfectly fine and acceptable. Let's say the same thing happens at 25 or 26, who is to say that isn't okay, or that it shouldn't happen. You can choose your sexuality or desires, so I believe that experimentation shouldn't end at a certain "set age". You'll know when the time is right.

Anyone within 2 years or so, I think. Other than that, it might be weird or illegal. Usually you want to stay in your own range of age.

At the moment, my limit is 2 years older than me, and only 1 year younger than me. Any older than that, it's just weird. When I turn 18, it probably would be restricted to same age, and two years older, due to the fact it's illegal to have sex with anyone under 18 when you're an adult (here).
