If you're in high school. Get your teachers changed then OR just do hints that you won't want him touching you. If he's coming to you, go to your friend across to the room or make things awkward. Of you can't live your chair then put your head down if he's going to. Or start a Convo to a friend about how you hate men touching you or how gay people make you uncomfy or make comments like "good thing I don't like men" use it right.

Simply say "don't touch me". I once had a teacher who always would touch my shoulder and it really irked me, so one day I sternly said "don't touch me." and he never laid a hand on me again.

Actually, if you do this and your teacher is homosexual, he will feel victimized and your grade will drop even further.
Tell him you would appreciate if he didn't touch you, and if you have trouble focusing in class then do the unthinkable: study.
If you're really concerned about your grade then just take some time to go over what you were supposed to learn in class, at home.

Just tell him. He's a teacher and it's not like he can do anything about it if you tell him to stop. If he carries on tell another teacher or try to get your classes changed if thats an option.

This would be my course of action, just be direct about it.

This is called verbal slander and it is illegal....

Good^^^^ Also, go to the counselor, that is why you have them.

Ask go to different room or stay and work after school? This is rubbish advice, I know.
