Ok So recently sice about last year i started to learn parkour. Im alrigjt at it and know all the basics and a bit more. But what are
Some exsersies i can do to develop more upper body strenghth, endurance,speed and landing tequniques. also what are some good shoes for it. ive heard dc are ok?

push ups, presses, core strngth, flys are a good start for body. for speed do 20 metre sprints keep going until you cant

pliometrics! also agility and try to learn some of either a martial art or gymnastics.
