Just use spit. No kidding! It really works great! I usually don't use lube at all, I just do it my way, but when I wanna feel really good, I'll spitstroke. Trust me, try it.

I used soft soap (in the squeeze bottle) once and it was a mistake. It dried everything out - the head and foreskin. It itched like mad for a day and like sonicguy I was p.o.'d because if you're uncut you don't really need it.
