Occupy yourself with other things? Honestly, some times it's just better to have a really good orgasm and get it over and done with for a few days rather than just doing it out of habit.

Set up an internet blocker

Put the computer somewhere a people usually are. E.g Living room or where the T.V is

Do something else besides hanging about on your computer. Go out and do something active or actually try and get a girl friend if you don't already have one
