Ok so my happy trail is really kinda painful. You know when u have hair on your feet and u wear socks all day then u get home and ur feet are painful from the hair rubbing friction I guess it is? That's kind how my happy trail is. What can I do besides shaving or getting rid of it totally to avoid the pain when wearing a shirt? Thanks.

I'm confused. I have both very hairy feet and a very hairy stomach but it's never resulted in pain for me... The only time my happy trail has hurt is when I'm buttoning my pants and accidentally pull on it. How could wearing a shirt be making it hurt?

I have a happy trail all over my stomach and it connects with my chest hair, so I'm pretty hairy but it never hurt me.. Try trimming it

Well, as you said you want to remove it, all I can think of is the obvious. Shaving, trimming, waxing, stuff along those lines. I shave mine and my chest, but when I do have it, it doesn't hurt.

That could actually be an issue of dry skin and putting moisturizer might help that. Also you may be wearing shirts that are too tight causing it to naturally move up and down when you move and rub against your body.

Chris is right. Happy Trails are from your belly button down to your pubes. Take a look at Wikipedia on Happy Trail
