What kinds of things do you do to stay in shape? Do you consider yourself "in shape" right now?

For me, I play tennis, run, and do some karate. I also do some punches on a punching bag if I feel like it. Also, I like to do some push ups and sit ups when I'm bored. :sport: I mostly do it because I always feel like I need more muscles. :bb:

I've never been in any sport, so I'm pretty weak. Altho I took a weight training class and I'm going to use the weight room at the YMCA. I'm also playing basketball with a friend, and I plan to get some running in, whether it's on a treadmill or on the track. I'm planning to exercise daily! :D

I'm also going to start doing some crunches.

I'm getting there, but I'm still as thin as a toothpick O_o

Don't worry; you'll get there! It always seems to me like every kid looks skinny when they're young, but then they develop muscles at puberty. The same's happening with me here, too. My arms and legs are getting more muscular, so I guess that'll happen to you, too!

My legs are the only fit part of me. My arms are too abit, but my mid section...dont wanna go there :P I play basketball alot but I dont work out. Im not really fat thouhg, id say im in shape. I could lose my semi man boobs though

I run five miles in the morning, do fifty push ups, can bench press 100lbs, and do 100 sit ups.

I play soccer - awesome sport. I usually go biking or to the gym, I've done +30 miles on a bicycle before. I'm not fat but I'm not thin, so i am perfectly happy with my current 'shape'.

I march drum corps- it works WONDERS, seriously. I've never been in any sport or anything before, except in 7th grade I ran distance [shudder..worst mistake of my life] which generally wasn't running anyway. But yeah, my calves are getting insanely muscular, my arms are more gradual but there's definite improvement, and my midsection is so not gonna be an embarrassment this summer :D So yeah, everyone join a drum corps! lol

Maybe...masturbating does take up some energy. I guess you could be exercising your arms a little. You know...I really don't get how masturbating can get you some exercise. :confused:

I lift weights at the gym and run/jog/walk. Also, sit ups, push ups, etc. I want to get a bike so I might start saving for one; though probably not.

It's not really enough to get you in shape or make you more attractive - plus it's so common that it can't really be considered an exercise. It's just...jackin off :P

Sure, you might use your arm muscles a bit, but it's just one arm...not really of much help if you're just exercising one arm : / I don't believe anyone that says it's an exercise.

i need to put on some w8 first then imma hit the gym to get the fat that i put on and make it toned to muslces and then just keep putting healthy fat on to make it muscle

wait...you want to gain weight??? geez...I've never heard that before!:)

My BMI says that I'm overweight, so I just asked people for ideas on how to lose it.

I get enough in to stay fit hit the gym play tennis and the occasional cardio it works
