Walked in on my cousin

So i was at my aunts house last night for a sleepover with my relatives and i walked in on my 14 year old female cousin changing. I was so surprised. Then i looked at her vagina and it was strange to me. Because in pictures and stuff the vaginas were all inside a slit but her lips were spread apart and pointed out. Is this what most vaginas look like?
