So I did a bicep and tricep workout and my arms felt like noodles after my workout, 20 minutes later they feel a little shaky. Does that mean it was effective?

Yes, but if your muscles feel shaky during the workout then you're not making any more progress

Hell yeah. After my workouts I find myself just sitting in my car for a good 15 minutes before I can even move the wheel again, lol. Don't overdo it or you could be doing more damage to yourself though.

yeah that's good means they've been worked out well and are tired. just don't overdo it too hard or else you'll injure yourself

it means that u have depleted the glycogen within ur muscles, hopefully u did an intense enough workout that was the reason for the depletion otherwise ur results wont be as good as u hope, the shakiness is from muscular exhaustion, it pretty much is telling u to give it nutrients so that it can start to repair ur muscles
