my main problem is im a nerd... im not that bad looking but my acne is horrible, im not a bad person, ive had one gf who i regret dating... theres one girl i wanna ask out though, any suggestions on some things i could do to increase my chances?

Well you can get creams and moisturisers for acne. Just be confident and talk to her. Find out about her and her likes and dislikes. Be friendly and make it known that you like her. Just take it step by step and don't scare her away by asking her really soon. Take the time to get to know her and make her feel comfortable around you.

Ask your mother to take you to the store and buy some acne cream. Being yourself is key, but it always helps to do something to boost your confidence (like reducing your acne). How you started that post says a lot about your self view, and you need to cut that out quick. Start paying attention to how you dress and present yourself. Begin talking to the girl, and become her friend. Start using some acne cream to lessen it (Even washing your face with rubbing alcohol will help), and start reminding yourself that you are an amazing person who can do amazing things.

If she is smart, she'll see that you are a great person and all will be well. If not, then she isn't worth it anyways!

the main thing is not to become a horrible person while you're fighting with yourself.
