Is it possible to add the text size selection to the quick reply box? It would be better than having to type in vB code or "Go Advanced".

I think we could fit a bit more options on there, but all in good time :D

I believe the point of quick reply is to be for quick messages not fully formatted posts.

I could argue with you, altho there isn't much to argue about. The point is it would be more convenient and not impossible to do.

It would be more convenient but more inconvenient for Kiros when he updates the vBulletin styles.

I agree, Kiros is already swamped with things to do.

Well he doesn't have to do it right now, it's just an idea that can be done in the future.

I think little unrelated things can wait until the major things are done, such as getting back the skins.
One of the little unrelated things that I'm having a problem with is I can't access the chat at all, and I haven't seen anybody in there so I don't know whether it's up or not but the point stands that it can be dealt with later.

There is a link to the chat in the Chat forum in the description. But i'm not sure if it's working or not.

Edit: Yes the chat is working.

The addition of the font size button for the quick reply wouls mean an additional image to download on every thread page, and also more HTML. Plus, I would have to edit every style to get a uniform scheme.

What concerns me is why would anyone need to have the font size button in the quick reply? The posts made in the quick reply are not meant to be drawn-out or have vast complexity and formatting. Besides, it's not anyone needs to change the font size in a post unless it's some kind of guide with subjects/labels and whatnot.

I think it would be fine to leave it as is. If you need the font a different size and you don't want to have to go through the pain of clicking a button, then just add the SIZE=X tag at the begging of where you want the font edited and add the closing /SIZE tag at the end (where both the tags have [brackets] around them and X is any value between 1 and 7 - although 6 and 7 sizes may be disabled).

No more suggestions or comments about this in this thread unless it's someone who can mess with the chat maually and get me in.
PM me if you want more answers, but the thing is: I know where the freakin link is, the chat will not recognise my login info. It says 'password or username incorrect'. Again, no more suggestions or comments in this thread.

I agree with Kiros.
