As was already said, it depends how you feel about it. You are obviously ok with the fact that your friend seems to be obsessed with showing his dick and trying to touch yours because you're still friends with him. Either way I think you should talk to him about it sometime. Ask him why he acts how he does. He could either avoid your question, tell you he does it to be annoying, or tell you that he's gay/bi/very curious. It seems like you guys are pretty close so he should tell the truth. If he does one of the first two options, then let it go and deal wih the fact that he will still do all of those things. If he tells you that he wants to experiment (you can ask that question as well) you can wither do so or tell him you're not interested.
