Completely naturel. Basically every1 does it but I would avoid getting caught and watch who u ask not all people are mutare enough to have conversations like that or not very confident about theirself therefore lie,

Yes, it is perfectly normal, a lot of guys do or want to compare themselves with other guys their age, I personally haven't, but theres nothing wrong with doing it or wanting to do it.

It's not exactly something to ask other guys in school about. Maybe a good friend, etc.
But yeah it's completely fine and is just part of puberty to be curious.

Hell no! This isn't really something that you would ask at school. But it is normal to compare with your best friends out of school, although I haven't done it.
