Well, to answer your second question, yes; your hymen most likely will tear IF you masturbate by inserting objects into your vagina (however, some girls are born with it teared already, or it's not even there). If you just masturbate externally, then there is NO chance of it breaking.

Now, for orgasm. First off do you know all the parts of your body down there? Because I know some people just don't know yet. Well, the easiest way for most girls to masturbate to orgasm is to stimulate their clitorus directly (touching it) or indirectly (rubbing around it etc.). Just google clitorus to find out where it's located (if you don't already know).
