The head is the most sensitive part of the penis. Its mostly from the rubbing. Again, the endorphins released send a message through your body going "Hey, this feels awesome! Everyone, see how good this feels!" There isnt a magic ingredient in semen that makes your body tingle. Its the stimulation and the brain signals.
