So, within the last 3-4 weeks I have noticed a sharp pain going from my right testical to to top area of my groin. Any idea why this would be? I have not been hit there in a long time. I havent pulled any muscles. And I masturbate about 3-6 times a week, so it can't be build up. Any ideas?

As for your post, I'm really not sure. I've always heard that early testicular cancer could cause a shooting pain in the testicle, but I'm not a doctor. You should take a trip to your doctors office in the very near future to resolve this.

Also, why did you wait four weeks?! When something like this happens you should take care of it A.S.A.P.!

As said, its probably a good idea to go to your doctor. It could be a little pull, or it could be very serious.
