No piercing, tattoo, or item of clothing can make you seem gay. Gay is a sexuality, not a fashion choice. It will have an effect on kissing an sex to the extent that it will feel a bit different. Some people are into tongue rings for that matter but that's another story. The reality is that it shouldn't prevent you from doing anything in the future. And some girls like it and some don't in my experience, though I can't speak for all girls to be fair.

Probably not, but you might want to think a little harder about getting one- they get infected really easily, and you're piercing muscle instead of just skin and fat like you would in an ear or nose piercing. Also the metal piercing scrapes the tooth enamel off, making your teeth worse.
It doesn't make you seem gay, but think twice before you get it ok?

Nope, nothing gay about it. Like someone above me said, gay is a sexuality, not a fashion choice. Just be sure you absolutely want it, and do research before getting it

it will definitely help out licking a girl out or kissing

Its not gay. It will help with oral sex, and you wont be able to tell that much in kissing unless youre that far in the mouth.

No fashion choice can make you gay. One of the biggest mistakes in the game of survivor was a guy asking a dude if he was gay in tribal council just because of the way he looked and walked. He was voted off for that. A tongue ring is fine. It'll be different making out and stuff, but it won't make you seem gay.
