View Full Version : I want to get fit, but I don't have equipment :.

I think I am close to a six pack, i do around 6 hours of exercise (if not, 5) each week.

I can feel a six pack coming, but it just isn't showing too much.

I want to be fit by June/July so I don't have to be embarrassed when I take my shirt of... But I don't have any equipment. What can I use instead?

You dont need eqipment, you can do pressups, sit ups, planking

Work without it or improvise. Really not that hard. Pushups, pullups, situps...

It doesn't matter how much you work out if you have fat on your stomach. Abs won't show unless you loose weight and get a flat stomach first (assuming you don't already have one).

You don't really need equipment. You do need to eat right though. PM me and I'll give you some workouts you can do without equipment

If you feel a 6pack coming but you can't see it, chances are you've got a layer of fat over it and you'll be best at knowing. Step up your cardio exercise, start pumping proteins if oyu haven't.
If you're getting muscles for self gratification....

A lot is said that even if you do many push-up or crunches or what it may be; it still won't bring much progress. Like Cdude said too, run. It helps. Do you have a public gym in your neighborhood?
