I did the Tanner test today and got 4, it's worrying me since I'm only 5"7 in height.
Have I really finished my growth spurt? Before my growth spurt I was about 5"2, and I grew about 5 inches in a year.
All the signs are there, it feels like I haven't grown much. My dad is 5"11 and my mother is 5"4, so I'd like to grow another 3-4 inches at least, so have I finished growing?

Well a person doesn't stop growing till their early 20s, but it seems like you probably won't grow anymore but just alittle, your 15..wait and see until your 17/18 by then if you don't grow then you know your height stopped growing

Also the tanner scale is a bit more of a guideline then hardline fact.

As said. Wait until you hit 18-19 till you worry. Also, the Tanner Scale is more a guide. You can get pubes at 11 or not until 17. Its not a hard fact book.

There's no way to know for sure, but generally boys grow into their early 20's even if all other development is finished.

Don't listen to everything the Tanner Scale tells you, it's not always so accurate because everybody grows and develops at their own rate. There is no true way to tell exactly when you will start/stop growing, especially for specific parts or aspects of growth. Some boys stop growing for a bit but then begin again while other just continuously grow and maybe stop a little earlier; others might stop and start a few times. There is no true way to tell, and judging on the fact that you are 15 I really don't think the Tanner Scale hit this nail on the head. You've still got time, bud. Don't worry.
