i find it hard to get motivated and go out and like exercise and stuff... how do u get yourself pumped to go out for like a run or whatever :)

i love the feeling of working out and exercising thats how i get myself pumped up. the feeling of satisfaction you get after makes it worth it and then when you start to see results you'll just want more and more

I tell myself that I am never going to be better than a fat shit that sits around and does nothing all day if I don't go work out. Also feel good.

So that generally gets me going.

Well I started off working out due to training for sports, and I didn't like it a lot.
I kept doing it after a while, listening to music while I worked out, and now I keep going because I love the way I feel. I need less sleep, I feel great, and whilst I don't mean to sound like an egotistical dick, I look good too.
Why wouldn't you like it?
If you find it hard to start, try the music thing. Find some time.
I also usually made my workouts after homework, because after homework, working out is something that you actually look forward too :)
