Well, do you have somebody to talk to about this, like your parents or a close friend. You don't have to be alone. If all else fails, we are here for you *internet hugs* If you want to talk, PM me and I will answer :)

Like maeve said, talk to someone, tell them how you feel if you can. It helps to get things out. But it is also okay to be upset sometimes, it's great that you are getting better and not having to pretend so much anymore though, maybe it's just time you need?
You don't need to be alone, we are here for you. People on here are always ready to listen and befriend, thats what we're here for. :)

I can certainly understand your position... In fact, I think most of us can. So you have my sympathy. The first thing to do is pinpoint why you feel the way you do. Is is something that has happened like a relative dying, no friends, loss of a friends, no boyfriend/girlfriend, etc? Or is it for no reason?
If you said yes to the first one, try modifying something in your daily life that would change your normal routine in a positive way. For example, get up fifteen minutes earlier and take a walk or play a game, or learn something new. Sometimes the slightest change can make a big difference. For example, when I play online games, I feel less alone because I feel like I am around people. If your problem is friends, try socializing more. If you are bullied, this can be a problem, though. I know this advice is pretty basic, but it is really the best advice someone can give without knowing the entire story, you know?
If you said no to the first one, and yes to the second one, then it could be either hormonal or chemical. If it is chemical, anti-depressants can help stabilize it out. But if it is hormonal, a lot more testing needs to be done, and you might need to see an Endocrinologist.
And remember: If there is something you don't like about yourself, then change it. And finally, you are your own worst enemy.

And that can be very true in a lot of people. The best way to treat PTSD and trauma is via therapy. Some scientists also believe in hypnotherapy as it is supposed to relax the body and rid it from stress.
I don't know if I believe in hypnotherapy or not, as I have no experience with it.
