Today, March 1st, is SH Awareness Day.
Is anybody doing anything? Last year people had some great ideas.

Im just drawing an orange ribbon on my hand, because Im not really prepared to tell everyone I do/did SH.

I don't know what I'm going to do. I have some orange beads somewhere... might make myself a small anklet since I plan to wear a skirt tomorrow. It's subtle enough.

I want to do something to raise awareness but there is honestly nothing that won't give me away and im not going to tell.

Uhm.. I almost forgot that it's today, so when I realized I was like SHIT and got out of bed and searched the whole house for something orange xD

Basically the only thing I found was my orange 'Little Miss Naughty' t-shirt that I have never used since I bought it like five years ago. So I'm wearing that and I've also made an orange butterfly on my hand and a ribbon on my wrist.

I didn't do anything personally just because one I have absolutely no orange and two I don't want to draw attention to it..

I didn't do anything, because I was at my granddad's funeral. But on my 1 year anniversary since self harm (April 21st) I'm getting an orange tattoo being carried by a butterfly tattooed on my back
