im fifteen and my grandparents wont let me stay home alone cuz they think imma have guys over a do stuff they make me feel like a hoe. i totally wouldnt. the stress and depression from it is making me Physicly sick :headache:

Omg I just had exactly the same discussion with my mum. It's pathetic I know.
Try to tell them you want some independence and if they don't let you have some freedom you will never learn. Try to put their minds at ease that you won't have anyone round.
You need to Calm down as well. Getting so stressed about it wont help the situation and definitely isn't doing you any good. Take deep breaths and take you anger or frustration out on a pillow or your bed.
