Cutting and school?

Ok so I have been cutting for a while but only at home because I don't want to get caught at school but I really need to cut at school. It has gotten to a point where all I can do is sit in class and think about cutting I can't seem to do the work even during breaks when I am with my friends I can't stop thinking about it. I can't use rubber bands because they make it worse but I really need a way to cut at school because it helps me concentrate. I don't cut that deep but I do cut a lot and I use a razor if that helps but please don't just say don't cut it is bad I know but I need to and it is the only thing that works any suggestions would be much appreciated thanks.

I cut in school, no one sees. I dont use a knife to cut, and i strongly recamend not to bring one in if you do.

I agree I just put an exacto razor on my dogtags and use it whenever. It's a reminder to me.....
