Once my Nokia C6-00 falled on a ground from a shelf which 1.5 metres high. And I want to install custom firmware on it. Is there any chance to kill the phone by installing it? I'm afraid that flash chip, where firmware is stored, could be damaged. Well, I don't see any glitching after falling but who knows..

If the phone works fine now, then it's probably fine. Phones can take quite a few hits and still work completely fine.
You should remember though, that when you're flashing the firmware on any piece of technology (dropped or fresh out of the box), you always run the risk of the flash not going well, and you could end up with a bricked phone.
