I'm 13. As of late, I've been waking up later and later. Like, from 7-8 ET to like 10-11. So um... Does anyone else wake up around this time? NOTE: I do not use an alarm clock.

Yeah, altho your sleep schedule will mess up if you don't train it with an alarm clock.
+Teens are going to bed wayy too late :|

When I was a lot younger I used to wake up mad early but as I got older I started to wake up later. If your sleeping pattern has changed and you stay up late, that's probably the cause of it.

and how does this have anything to do with puberty?

and i think if your use to using an alarm clock then its gonna take your body some time to create its own schedule. for me i dont have a schedule. i have been going to bed at 3 am latley and waking up at 2pm so...

It's fine here. There's more to puberty than to just penises and masturbation believe it or not.

Well...as you become more adolescent, your sleeping habits change a lot. You will sleep later, and you will wake up later. That's why we're always so sleepy during school; we just can't wake up that early anymore. :(

For once, this is a question that I cannot answer. My sleeping pattern is strange sometimes. I usually crash around midnight, earlier and sometimes later. But I'm always waking up around 7-9 am. =/
So in general, I feel like I don't get too much sleep, even I do. How does this help you? It really doesn't... I just felt like stating myself. :X

I used to wake up no later then 7:30 in the morning, now it seems I will get up no later then 9:00, but I think it is natural for a teen to need more sleep, (the body is working hard to grow) and generally when your a teen you tend to change your sleep patterns anyways so your body has to adjust. Long story short, it's natural and common for this to happen.
