Light i got it lightlyish on my face now so i am not so fussed about that but, I have it thick on the top of my back, Arms and chest, Also the places which get no light on me, I have used different types of soap and cleansing wipes, Nothing works and i am too shy/nervous to show a doctor it and i am very forgetful so washing it every morning is going to bed hard.
So yeah what else can i do? Popping does not help and i never really take my shirt off due to it, Like if it does come to cleansing wipes again and stuff what is the best brands and types?

You really have to try different products to find out what works for you. If you dont find anything, you may want to see a dermatologist. Dont be embarrassed about seeing a doctor, its their job.

Funnily enough I used to get crazy amounts of acne on my back from wearing a shirt to bed, it's because your sweat pores get clogged up. You need to keep them clean and wash them as frequently as you can. Especially when you feel they're getting sweaty.

I have the same problem on my face. Not that serious but it bothers me. My parents bought me this really good plant called "Aloe Vera" and it actually worked on my skin. We would just cut a piece of the plant off and there's a gooey substance in it that smells bad. You'd put it on the area that you want to treat everyday and see the results. If you can't get the plant, find a product that has Aloe Vera in it as an ingriedent. It really helps and I think it can help you out as well. If you try this out, I hope for the best results. Good luck. :)

Mine got quite bad between the ages of 14-16, i went to the doctors eventually because nothing worked. I still get it really bad on my back, i routinely pop them and clean them with antiseptic that usually helps quite a lot. Going to the doctor is your best bet, I was put on antibiotics for mine and they cleared up really well - so much you can't even see them on my face or neck anymore. Ask about Tetracycline antibiotics, it did me wonders.

You say you're too shy to ask a doctor and you forget to wash up.
What advice did you think you'd be able to find here? There's no magical solution. I would say you should both wash every day at least once AND go see a doctor. There are some prescription medications/cremes that are more effective than the stuff in the pharmacy aisle.

After trying literally every product on the market, I finally went to a doctor and got prescribed anti-biotics and a cream that regenerates skin cells. It cleared it up completely DO NOT get swept up by in store solutions they do not work! Get your self to a doctor!
