Has anyone seen this movie? If you haven't I reccomend you should... it's such a touching and sad movie, I cried during it since my family went through a similar thing to what the people in this movie went through. Basically the movie is based around the wars in Africa and how messed up the rebels were. It's a touching movie and it actually made me cry, no movie has ever made me cry except one about the war most of my family were killed in.. if you want to see that movie, it is called Harrison's Flowers (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0216799/). They are both sad movies and really show how messed up war is.
I'm wondering if anyone on VT has seen either of these movies (Harrison's Flowers & Tears of the Sun)?
Does anyone know any other movies similar to this one or Harrison's Flowers? Harrison's Flowers and Tears of the Sun (as well as stories from the elderly people of my family and family friends) have all inspired me to watch more movies and do alot of research on themes these movies explroed. I have recently been researching a number of African Militias/Rebel Groups/Extremists, and I've been researching why all of these wars happened in African countries... I really want to see more movies like the two I have previously mentioned.. If anyone know's any please post the titles of the movies in a reply! Thanks alot guys.
