heres one of my fav quick snacks

take a package of mexican rice cook as directed.
once cooked let sit for a couple of min.
add a couple of drops of daves insanity hot sauce for flavor
add a can of traditional refried beans. stir until its mixed together.

you can eat it this way as a side dish or put it in a burrito shell with cheese, hamburger, cut up steak, chicken, or pork.
easy and quick takes about 10 min.

Tempura:
2 Eggs (beaten)
Bread crumbs
Flour
Shrimps
1. Remove the shell from the shrimp. Remove the veins from the back of the shrimp by making a small incision to get out a black colored vein(optional)
2. Deep into the beaten egg and roll over to the flour
3.Depp again into the beaten egg and roll over to the bread crumbs. Can be done repeatedly to satisfy the size you want.
4. Fry until golden brown.
5. Enjoy! :)

Herb-fried steak fillet with baked potato:

1.Crush 2tsp of coriander seeds, kosher salt, dried oregano, rosemary, thyme and pickled green peppercorns (optional)

2. Rub this onto you rump steak fillets
3. Melt 1 tblsp of butter and a drop of oil in a frying pan and wait for it to get really hot

4. While you're waiting, stab some potatoes (1 per person) several times with a fork and stick them in the microwave on maximum for 4mins per potato.

5. Sear each side of the fillets for about 3.5 mins each side-depending on the thickness-and then cook them further on a lower heat if you want them done a bit more.

6. Serve the potatoes and the steak with a green salad. Enjoy.

Personally I just started making egg and then went crazy, I can make anything taste good on an omlet now. After that I'm gonna try to break off into baking and stuff.
