Last year i dated this girl, but it was a short realationship we knew we werent rite for each other but now shes telling me if she had the chance she would go back out with me and asked if i feel the same. I told her im not sure, because im really not, at times i really like her and want to be with her but other times im just annoyed by the sight of her because shes really clingy and obsessive what should i do?

take your time and wait. don't go that easy for a reunion. if you feel bad without her after all this time then go for a reunion.

Build up a nice relationship first, make sure you know her well an if that doesn't go well then you shes not good enough for her but if it does then maybe she should get back together with her. Its your choice but just don't rush, good luck :)

I don't think I would be dating her. may b go out as friends but be sure she understands ur friends nothing more. if she wont accept that then its over.
