Does this happen to anyone else. I've been eating a lot lately becuase i've been more athletic. i usually eat lunch, and snack when i get home from school. I've gained five pounds since school started. Everytime i eat something i feel like doing crunches. i usually do crunches twice a day, maybe more. i want muscle on my stomach. i hate seeing fat on my belly. Well anyway what i wanted to say was when you eat more do you get more loud and angrier? Lately i've been yelling to get my point across, i think it's because of the food. should i eat less?

Not an eating disorder, so  VT general hospital, as I think you'll get better answers here.
Anyway, I don't think getting louder or more aggressive has much to do with eating more. And if it does, it's probably just because you have more energy now. I don't think you should eat less, lunch and a snack when you get home seems like a reasonable amount of food, especially if you're athletic and do sports.
If you want muscles on your stomach, then sit ups are definitely a good way forward. But make sure you're doing them properly, a lot of people use their arms to get themselves up or put their backs into it. Make sure it's all your stomach.

From what I know, the increase in food intake wouldn't have much effect on your behavior. My assumption is just a change in hormones and metabolism due to your increased activity (which is entirely okay). Keep eating and remind yourself to stay calm (breathing exercises does help). If you want to work out your abs, I've veered away from crunches (they seem too easy) and gone into planks.
My plank workout: 1min 15 secs regular plank(on elbow and toes), 45 secs on left side plank, 45 secs on right side plank, back to 1min 15 secs regular plank, 1 min either crunch with heel extension or what I've called "row your boat" (sit in a seated position leaning back, legs extended, and pretend you are rowing your boat by moving arms/hands side to side. NO REST IN BETWEEN!
